Stephanie Bernstein Founder & CEO Stephanie Bernstein founded To-Go Ware and Eyes of the Forest, Inc. in 2004. Stephanie has had a long history in the LOHAS community, working in sales & education for many great groundbreaking companies in the natural products market such as Guayaki Yerba Mate, Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods & Pangea Organics Bodycare. Natural products & conscious consumerism were a natural extension of her pursuit in the healing arts-she has been a certified yoga instructor since 2001 and was a wellness chef for many years. Selling something that replenishes people and the planet seemed a great vehicle for Stephanie, and she was delighted to be the Rocky Mountain Regional Accounts Director for World of Good, a Fair Trade import company, taking artisan crafts to high-volume, mainstream channels of distribution. Stephanie actively participates in media, doing on-camera hosting of socially conscious television shows like Sourcecode on Free Speech TV and pledge drives for LinkTV. She has also written and modeled for magazines such as Alternative Medicine and Yoga Journal, and is currently featured doing yoga poses on 8 boxes of Yogi Tea. |

Allison Falk Allison's work at To-Go Ware allows her to use her knowledge of the natural products channel, while building on this knowledge to identify new audiences for To-Go Ware's products. Prior to To-Go Ware, she spent four years in Sales at World of Good, a fair-trade lifestyle company focussed on bringing people and planet-positive handicrafts into the mainstream. Previously, Allison spent a year traveling in Asia, where she was exposed to many varied processes and environments in which goods are produced for Western consumers. While there she also formed a strong anti-plastic stance after seeing countless plastic bottles and bags choking waterways and habitats. An avid outdoors-person, traveler and health-nut, Allison is proud to be part of an organization that promotes personal health and conscious consumption. Allison was also a Senior Web Producer for Siebel Systems, Inc., Content Strategist for Scient and Product Marketer at Informix. Allison earned her BA in English from Smith College, Northampton, MA. |

Chris Cory Chris Cory joined To-Go Ware in July 2007 when he moved from Boulder, Colorado to San Francisco seeking a change of pace and a more vibrant and urban cultural center. After graduating from the University of Denver in 2002, having studied sociology, biology and neuropsychology, he made a living as a DJ playing hip-hop and down-tempo, opening up for dozens of world class hip-hop acts. In 2006 Chris returned to work full-time and joined Pangea Organics, where he worked during the week, while working as a drag busboy at the festive Bump & Grind cafe on weekends. He found that working for a sustainable company and being treated as a valued individual within a team provided him much more gratification than the "here's a mop" attitude within the fast food industry. He enjoys his work with To-Go Ware because it allows him to do something positive and incorporates his individual attributes into the business rather than demolishing them with the questionable values of a large-scale money driven business plan. Chris is currently continuing his education in philosophy and further developing as a DJ and music producer as well as an employee. |

Denny Pallenberg Denny joined the To-Go Ware team while earning a Sustainable MBA from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute in Washington. BGI is the first MBA program in the country to integrate the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profits into all of its courses. His coursework allowed him to work on Holland America Line’s first sustainability report, an organizational development project with the Pachamama Alliance and to develop other strategies for implementing sustainability in new and existing businesses. Denny also has a BS in Natural Resource Management from the Colorado State University. Before Bainbridge, Denny owned and operated a wholesale distribution of spas and other home products. Denny also worked on the Transition Management Team at Barclays Global Investors and pioneered a paperless office plan within that group.
